Prices include paper plates, napkins, forks, knives and spoons. Beverages are available for $1 more per person. Full service catering, please add 18% standard gratuity for staffing. Hula dancers and live bands are also available at competitive prices. Washington state tax is not included in any prices. Sorry...

Huli Huli Style chicken:	Boneless, skinless chicken thighs marinated in our special sauce overnight, char grilled to perfection.

Pineapple Sweet and Sour meatballs:	Beef meatballs simmered in our Homemade Sweet and Sour sauce.

Kal Bi Ribs:	Beef short ribs marinated in my secret sauce, then char grilled to perfection

BBQ Pork Ribs:	It's soooooooo good, makes you want to kiss yo mama!

Grilled Mahi Mahi:	Fresh Mahi Mahi flown in from Hawaii

Beef Teriyaki:	Rib eye steak sliced paper thin, marinated in our special sauce then grilled.

Kalua Pig:	Hawaiian style roast pork, very tender, very lean with a smoked flavor.

Haupia:	A traditional Hawaiian dessert. Made from coconut milk, similar to a coconut pudding or a coconut jello.

Macaroni salad:	A local Hawaiian favorite. We mix macaroni along with other fresh ingredients.

Tossed green salad:	We toss 3 different types of lettuce with fresh tomatoes, carrots, and purple cabbage. Served with our Homemade Sesame ginger dressing.

Fresh Fruit Medley:	We cut honey dew melons, watermelons, grapes, pineapples and cantaloupes too.

Yakisoba noodles:	We stir fry 10 different types of vegetables with our secret sauce.
